Your app license

MooseMail is licensed for use under the license supplied with your App Store download. Unless a separate custom license is provided there, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies. That agreement governs the app license if these terms conflict with it.

MooseMail’s name, artwork, website, and software belong to Diving Moose Studios, LLC or their respective licensors. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. Your use of MooseMail does not transfer ownership of your messages or other content to us.

Your accounts and content

Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for keeping your devices, credentials, and provider accounts secure and for the messages and other content you send or manage. If you use a work or school account, follow that organization’s rules.

MooseMail carries out the actions you request, which can change data at your provider and on other synced devices. Check recipients, attachments, scheduled sends, and destructive actions before confirming them. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.

Acceptable use

Use MooseMail lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not use it to send unlawful spam, distribute malware, harass people, access accounts without permission, or interfere with the website or connected services. Do not bypass access controls or use the service in ways that breach your provider’s terms.

Connected services

Mail, calendar, contact, iCloud, system search, and notification features depend on services operated by other companies. Their terms, permissions, limits, and privacy policies apply. Your provider or organization may restrict particular features or withdraw access.

We do not control third-party services, their availability, or the content they deliver. References to Apple, Google, Microsoft, and other providers do not imply their endorsement of MooseMail.

App Store purchases

Any paid download or in-app purchase is handled by Apple under the price and terms shown before purchase. Apple handles payment details. This website does not collect card information.

If you choose a subscription offered through the App Store, its billing period, trial, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription through your Apple Account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refund requests for Apple purchases follow Apple’s refund process and applicable consumer law. These terms do not create additional refund restrictions or remove statutory rights.

Availability and delivery

Features may vary with your provider, device, operating system, permissions, and network connection. We may update the app and website to maintain security, compatibility, and functionality. We do not promise uninterrupted access or support for every provider feature.

Mail delivery, sync, background refresh, reminders, and notifications depend on conditions outside MooseMail’s control. Some scheduled sends require the app to be running and the device awake and online. Undo Send works only before a queued message is submitted for sending. Check the status shown in the app for important messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how connected account data, local storage, iCloud sync, optional notifications, support information, and website analytics are handled. It also explains how to remove access and contact us about your information.

Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and related services are provided as available, without promises that they will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. The app’s warranties and license conditions are governed by its applicable App Store license.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Diving Moose Studios, LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or related services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory rights to remedies, refunds, or compensation.

Stopping use

You can stop using MooseMail at any time. Remove connected accounts and revoke permissions at the provider if you want to end access. Review your iCloud data and cancel any subscription separately. Stopping use does not itself delete information held by your providers or Apple.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as MooseMail changes. The effective date appears above. Where required, we will provide notice or request agreement to a material change. Updated terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
